Puget Sound ESD's Educational Technology & Computer Science program partners with school districts and educational communities to strengthen learning and teaching through purposeful, future-ready use of technology integration. Our goal is to empower educators and school teams to confidently integrate digital tools, data-informed practices, and innovative learning strategies that enhance student engagement and achievement. We offer professional learning, consultation, procurement support, and ongoing technical assistance to ensure technology is implemented effectively, equitably, and sustainably across learning environments.

Learning About Techniques and Tools for E-security (LATTE) Scholarship

Washington State Library Grant Opportunities

WA250 Mini Grants: Provides public, tribal, or community college libraries with up to $400 to reimburse allowable costs for projects related to the commemoration of 250 years since the signing of the Declaration of Independence. Applications are due on March 31, 2026. Projects must be complete by September 30, 2026.

Bilingual Storytime Professional Development Grant: Funds seats for public library staff at the six-week asynchronous online course, Bilingual Storytime: Beyond the Basics, from Library Juice Academy, June 1-July 12, 2026. Applications are due on March 20, 2026.

Play Make Learn Conference 2026 Professional Development Grant: Funds public, school, community college, or tribal library staff to attend the Play Make Learn conference in Madison, Wisconsin, July 8-10, 2026. Applications are due on March 20, 2026.

Association of Tribal Archives, Libraries, and Museums (ATALM) Conference 2026 Professional Development Grant: Funds Tribal Library staff to attend the ATALM Conference in Spokane, September 21-24, 2026. Applications are due on March 20, 2026.

Association for Library Service to Children (ALSC) Institute 2026 Professional Development Grant: Funds public or tribal library staff to attend the ALSC National Institute in Buffalo, NY, October 1-3, 2026. Applications are due on March 20, 2026.

Joint Conference of Librarians of Color (JCLC) 2026 Professional Development Grant: Funds public, community college, school, or tribal library staff to attend JCLC in Spokane, October 7-11, 2026. Applications are due on March 20, 2026.
